RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 12

A RESOLUTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATION FOR CITY WATER.
WHEREAS, The feasibility report to bring city water to the Hoffman/Scheuneman area
for the City of Gem Lake has been approved.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem
Lake hereby orders the improvements in the feasibility report and requests that SEH
prepare plans and specifications for such improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor
Lindner and was supported by Councilor Bosak and was declared adopted based upon the
following vote:
