RESOLUTION NO.2015- 15

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HOFFMAN/SCHUENAMEN RD WATER
PLAN WITH SPECIFICATIONS AND ATHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR
BIDS TO PERFORM PHASE 1 OF THE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Gem Lake has approved the Feasibility
Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem
Lake hereby approves the Water Plan with Specifications for Phase 1 and hereby
authorizes advertisement for bids for Phase 1 of the Water Project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor
Lindner and was supported by Councilor Bosak and was declared adopted based upon the
following vote:
