EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM` LAKE,.MINNES.OTA
HELD ON OCTOBER 20, 2015
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem
Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 20, 2015, at 7,00 O'clock p.m,
The following members were present: Mayor Uzpen, Council Member Artig-Swomley, Council
Member Lindner and Council Member Bosak.
The following members were absent: Council Member Kuny.
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES
(AUDITOR NO: 37130001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESO.TA:
1. That pursuant to Section 4.18.2, of Ordinance No. 54E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized
and directed to certify io. the Auditor of. Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the
following described parcels of real.estate in the City of Gem Lake:

The: motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution.was duly introduced by council member
Artig-Swomley and seconded.by council member Bosak, and upon vote being taken the resolution passed
.Ayes 4, Nays 0.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
