A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE
FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
WHEREAS, the company identified has agreed to serve in the appointed position
identified for the period October, 2015 through September, 2016.

The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Lindner and was seconded by
Council Member Bosak and was declared adopted upon the following vote: 5 votes in
favor and O against.
