A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT SEH MANAGE THE CONSTRUCTION
OF PHASES 1 AND 2 OF THE WATER PROJECT FROM WHITE BEAR LAKE.
WHEREAS, The Gem Lake City Council has approved purchasing water from White
Bear Lake, and
WHEREAS, The Gem Lake City Council has awarded the construction contract,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of City of Gem Lake
hereby requests that SEH manage the construction of phases 1 and 2 of the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor
Artig-Swomley and was supported by Councilor Lindner and was declared adopted based
upon the following vote:
