RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL FEASIBLITY STUDY DATED MAY 15,
2015, AND SETTING THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE IMPROVEMENT HEARING
Whereas, the City of Gem Lake ACCEPTS and APPROVES the Water Feasibility Study dated
May 14, 2015,
Therefore, Be it Resolved the Gem Lake City Council sets the following date and time for the
improvement hearing.
1. June 16, 205
2. Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, Gem Lake, MN
3. 7:00 p.m.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was offered by Councilor Artig-
Swomley and was supported by Councilor Bosak and was declared adopted based on the
following vote:
