CITY OF GEM LAKE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NUMBER 2015-27 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Hall in said City on November 19, 2015. The following members were present: Council Members Lindner, Kuny, and Bosak; Mayor: Uzpen; and the following members were absent: Artig-Swomley. An Affidavit showing publication of a Notice of Hearing on the proposed assessment in the official newspaper and an Affidavit showing mailing of Notice of Hearing in accordance with the passed Resolution were examined, found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The City Council announced that the meeting was open for consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessments. All persons present were given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections therefore filed with the City and/or Clerk were presented and considered, and all subject objections were tabulated as follows: NAME Greg Martz Jack Mayeron Lake: MINNESOTA PROPERTY ID 27-30-22-43-0016 27-30-22-43-0027 27-30-22-43-0031 27-30-22-43-0019 NATURE OF OBJECTION No objection — questioned how to run water to his property.
