CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 2015-27 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Hall in said City <br />on November 19, 2015. <br />The following members were present: Council Members Lindner, Kuny, and <br />Bosak; Mayor: Uzpen; and the following members were absent: Artig-Swomley. <br />An Affidavit showing publication of a Notice of Hearing on the proposed <br />assessment in the official newspaper and an Affidavit showing mailing of Notice of <br />Hearing in accordance with the passed Resolution were examined, found satisfactory and <br />ordered placed on file. <br />The City Council announced that the meeting was open for consideration of <br />objections, if any, to said proposed assessments. All persons present were given an <br />opportunity to present oral objections, and all written objections therefore filed with the <br />City and/or Clerk were presented and considered, and all subject objections were <br />tabulated as follows: <br />NAME <br />Greg Martz <br />Jack Mayeron <br />Lake: <br />MINNESOTA <br />PROPERTY ID <br />27-30-22-43-0016 <br />27-30-22-43-0027 <br />27-30-22-43-0031 <br />27-30-22-43-0019 <br />NATURE OF OBJECTION <br />No objection — questioned how to <br />run water to his property. <br />No objection — thought both <br />buildings New Trax and Barnett <br />would have access to water. <br />The following Resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Gem <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR PHASE 2 OF THE 2015 WATER <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, <br />1. The City along with the assistance of a qualified person heretofore selected <br />by the City Council, has calculated the amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed for Phase 2 of the 2015 Water Improvements, against every assessable lot, <br />piece or parcel of land affected thereby upon the basis of benefits received, without regard <br />
