CITY OF GEM LAKE RESOLUTION NO.2000-02 24 January 2000 WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake provides services as well as dissemination of public information to all persons in accordance with United States, State of Minnesota, County of Ramsey, and City of Gem Lake laws and ordinances; and WHEREAS, said services and dissemination of information have exceptional costs associated with providing same to the general public which are beyond budgeted costs; and WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake wishes to establish a fair and uniform basis for providing said services and information to all persons so requesting.. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby establish and approve the rates and fees set forth in the "CITY OF GEM LAKE 2000 FEE SCHEDULE" attached hereto for the use of the City staff in providing said services and information, said rates to become effective retroactive to the first day of January 2000 and to be reviewed annually thereafter unless otherwise required.
