the all-hazard.miitigation planning p rocess a% establ ished under the Disaster Mitigation Act of2000, Pub. L. No.:1.06-3.90,
and
WHEREAS, the Act: requi re.s all counties and municipalities to develop,'adopt and,maintain all -hazard mitigation plans
either independently or on a countywide, multi-jurs.•sdictionai basis; and
WHEREAS, such plans musrbewell integrated and coordinated to account for the fact .thathazards.in one jurisdiction
impact on other nearby jurisdictions; and
WHEREAS, the Act establishe§•g••fromework for the.development of -An .all -hazard tnitigatitin•p)an; and
