RESOLUTION NO. 2026-16
RESOLUTION FOR SEH, INC. TO CONDUCT MCES CONNECTION ANALYSIS
WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake is responsible for the sanitary sewer monitoring and flow
evaluation; and
WHEREAS, for the city is requesting to have a better understanding of actual discharge
conditions to the MCES interceptor system this; and
WHEREAS, SEH, Inc. submitted a proposal that includes project management, MCES
Coordination, Long-term monitoring, and data analysis; and
WHEREAS, the timeline of the project is fall of 2026 through spring of 2027, with a final report
to be completed within 45 days of the meter removal once the full dataset is available; and
WHEREAS, the cost for this project is $33,500.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota,
Authorizes SEH, Inc to conduct MCES Connection Analysis for the City of Gem Lake.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by Councilmember Lindner and
supported by Councilmember Cacioppo, and upon vote being taken thereon, the resolution passed with a
vote of 5 in favor and 0 against.
