3. THE CLERK READ THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD
OCTOBER 15th,1968 - Moved by A cand and seconded by Hoffman
that the same be approved as read. All ayes.
4. REPRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR. none
5 . REPORTS OF C0104ITTEES -
a. Moved by Morgan and seconded by Arcand that the Planning
Committee be expanded to include Dean Koberr_ick and Stan
Ross. All ayes - aljU both men accepted .
6. UNFINISHED BUSC WESS -
a. Ross rer orted that he had talked with Milton I'lnoll and there
was no chance of any sewer arrangement with White Bear.
7. NSW BUSINESS -
a. Hig-hway Order No. 43902 was read and noted.
b. LeRoy Urban was authorized to plow Red Fox
Road on
Red Fox
Hills addition - see attached Carley letter.
c. DecIded that "No Tresspassing" sign most effective
for
undersirable snowmobiles, because can be enforced.
d. Art. Birkeland "On Sale" license approved
