3. THE CLERK RA-1) T?E MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING HELD
DECEMBER 19th, 1967 and it was moved by Hoffman and seconded
by Ward that the same be approved as read. All Ayes.
4. PRESENTATIONS FROM TIE FLOOR - none
5. REPORTS OF COMMITTEES -
a. The planning committee met on Jan 11th and plans to
re,ort further at the next council meeting.
6. UNFINISGED BUSINESS - none
7. NEW BUSINESS -
a. Mayor Hoffman recommended that all Village oficials be
raised in salary by the sum of *5.00 per month.,2his would
increase the total salary bill from 780 to 1340 per year
or the sum of O.00H&ffman moved and Ward seconded that
this :natter ' r considered at the next meeting. See page
127 of bible.
b. Morgan moved and Ward seconded the following appointments:
1. Official Newspaper - White Bear kress
2. Official Bank - First State Bank of White Bear.
3. Acting Mayor - Eileen Bigelow
4. Engineers - Milner Carley & Assts
5. Building Inspector - Keith Ackerman
6. Heating; Inspector - Framk Hall
7. Plumbing Inspector - Wm C. West
8. Electric Inspector - R. A. Cartier
9. Weed Inspector - Leroy itrban
Health Officers - Robt W. Reif M.D., H.L.Hoffman, Dave Hoffman
