<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MIlJNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 25, 1982 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the city hall in said city on October 25, 1982, at 7:30 olclock p.m. <br /> <br />The fol1o\'ling members were present: Johnson, Curley, Kehr and <br /> <br />Demos <br />and the tal lowing members were absent: Franke <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7439 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO:J RELATI:JG TO APPORTIONf,1ENT OF ASSESSMEiJTS AND <br />CANCELING ASSESSNENTS ON PROPERTY DEEDED TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />fo 11 ows : <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll was filed and certified to the County <br />of Ramsey far the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected <br />along with real estate taxes , and <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment <br />roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />WHEREAS the County of Ramsey requires that apportionment of original <br />assessments against original tract be made by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville in order that the proper assessments can be extended by the County of <br />Ramsey against each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been <br />conveyed and divided. <br />
