<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 25th day <br />of O~~ber ________, 1982 , at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Johnson, Curley.Kehr and Demos <br />and the following were absent: Franke <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Kehr <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7440 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELING CERTAIN REMAINING <br />INSTALLMENTS OF ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTY <br />ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE IN 1955 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville had obtained title to the <br />below described property in 1955, and; <br />WHEREAS, there are assessments spread on such property <br />for storm sewer improvements and street, sanitary sewer and water <br />main improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />Commencing with the installment due and payable in 1982, <br />the entire balance of assessments for the special improvements known <br />as Storm Sewer Improvement Series IV (Auditor No. 1142) and the 1972 <br />Improvements, Series III (Auditor No. 1140) are hereby canceled as to <br />the East 20 feet of Lot 3 and all of Lot 4, Block 1 of Gilbert Reilings <br />Addition. <br />
