<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br /> <br />of November, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke and Kehr; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7443 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-82-28 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on Skillman Avenue between Hamline <br /> <br />Avenue and Pascal Street and on Pascal Street between Skillman <br /> <br />Avenue and Shryer Avenue by the installation of bituminous <br /> <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on October <br /> <br />29, 1982, is hereby declared to be signed by the required per- <br /> <br />centage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOvI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />
