EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the thirteenth day of May, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wi ski, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9300 RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD D WHEREAS, the City and County have planned the improvement of County Road D (CSAR 19) from 1-35W to Wilder Street; and WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds S.AP. 62-619-17 on the improvement of said street; and WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a County State Aid project in the City, has been determined NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City requests the County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the south side of County Road D from 1-35W to Wilder Street The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
