Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Held November 22, 1982 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ~1innesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Bonday, the 22nd day of November, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Franke, Curley, and Demos; and the following members were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7447 Resolution Adopting 1983-1987 Capital Improvements Program WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has reviewed the revised and updated proposed 1983-1987 Capital Improvement Program, and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has provided opportunities for citizen comment on the proposed 1983-1987 Capital Improvement Program through a number of scheduled Council work sessions and regular meetings, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1983-1987 Capital Improvement Program for the City of Roseville is hereby adopted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present. And, the following voted against same: None. Whereupon, said resolution was duly declared passed and adopted.
