<br />RESOLUTION 7450 <br />-2- <br /> <br />FURTHER, City authorizes its proportional share of assets of the dissolved <br />North Suburban Cable Communications Commission as City's initial contribution <br />to the North Suburban Cable Commission; <br /> <br />FURTHER, that City's director shall be Thomas Curley, residing at 505 Westwood <br />Village II, whose phone number is 483-5169; and <br /> <br />FURTHER, the City's alternate shall be Gale Linebarger, residing at 1953 Sharondale <br />Avenue, whose phone number is 631-1175. <br /> <br />The above listed resolution was seconded by member Kehr, and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present. <br /> <br />and, the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and <br />foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the 20th day of December, 1982, with the <br />original on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete <br />transcrip therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution authorizing <br />the joint and cooperative agreement for the administration of a cable communications <br />system. <br /> <br />WITNESS ~N HAND as such Manager and the corporate seal of the City of Roseville <br />this 21st day of December, 1982. <br /> <br />( J / . .
