EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD - DECEHBER 20, 1982 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 20th day of December, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Curley Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Member Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7453 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and establish employee compensa- tion for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1983, and ending December 31, 1983; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosevi1le, that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classification and Pay Plan be re- vised to include the following salary ranges for certain City employees in 1983: Classification Clubhouse Supervisor License Supervisor Police Secretary Liquor Store Supervisor Administrative Secretary Golf Course Superintendent Engineering Supervisor 1983 Yearly Salary Ranges $12,800 - $16,000 14,200 - 17,800 14,200 - 17,800 15,500 - 19,400 17,200 - 21,500 22,800 - 28,400 25,100 - 31,400 BE IT FURlliER RESOLVED that employees covered under this plan be provided a monthly insurance contribution of $160.00 for 1983. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kehr , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present. and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared passed and adopted.
