<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD - DECEMBER 20, 1982 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 20th day of December, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Franke, ,Johnson, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Curley <br /> <br />Member Franke <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7454 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provlslons of the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br />the City Council is required to adopt a budget and establish employee compensation <br />for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1983, and ending December 31, 1983; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />does hereby adjust and update its Administrative and Management Salary Program by <br />adjusting salary ranges six (6) percent for 1983. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employees covered under this plan be provided <br />a monthly insurance contribution of $175.00 for 1983, plus the total cost of the <br />long-term disability premium for 1983. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by member Kehr , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />against the same: None. The following voted for the same: All present. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of <br />Roseville, Hinnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, held on the 20th day of December, 1982, with <br />the original on file in my office, and the same is a full, true, and complete <br />transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to increasing the salary range <br />for Management/Administrative employees by 6%, providing for a monthly insurance <br />contribution of $175, and payment of the 1987> Long-Term Disability premium. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as such manager and the corporate seal of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, this 21st day of December, 1982. <br /><-, <br />(.', -/.V / <br />'~ (i-?'J'U't )C; .....
