<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />the twentieth day of December ,1982, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Franke, <br /> <br />Johnson and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Curley. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7457 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING OT APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements <br />for the City of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor <br />of the County of Ramsey, and since the certifications, a number <br />of parcels of property contained within said assessment rolls <br />have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be <br />extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br />thereafter, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Roseville <br />does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess- <br />ments against the following described properties: <br />
