EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JANUARY 10, 1983 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, January 10, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Franke, and Demos. and the following were absent: Kehr and Curley Member Johnson resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the following RESOLUTION NO. 7459 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: Public Works Director , is hereby designated to serve as a Director of the Suburban Rate Authority, and Assistant City Manager , is hereby designated to serve as Alternate Director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1983, and until their successors are appointed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Franke , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
