<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the lOth <br /> <br />day of January, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Johnson; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Kehr. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7460 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-82-32 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on Matilda Street between Iona Lane <br /> <br />and County Road C-2 by the installation of bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on January 3, 1983, is hereby declared to be <br /> <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />
