Chair Eckman clarified that this meeting was for <br />discussion purposes only and that no action would be taken tonight. <br />A Special Board Meeting of the GLWMO Board was rescheduled for Tuesday, June 7, 2011 from 3:30 <br />p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Roseville City Hall, Hawthorn Room, for the purpose of approving and <br />proceeding with the formal public and agency review process for the DRAFT Watershed Management <br />Plan and approval of the 2012 GLWMO Budget for submission to the respective City Councils of the <br />Cities of Roseville and Shoreview. <br />Chair Eckman noted that due to scheduling conflicts, the regular meeting of the GLWMO Board had been <br />rescheduled for Thursday, June 23, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Roseville City Hall, Willow Room. <br />Members Present: Chair Karen Eckman; and Members Mary Kay Von De Linde and Steve Barrett <br />Members Excused: Members Chuck Westerberg and Jonathan Miller <br />Others Present: GLWMO Administrator Tom Petersen; City of Roseville staff Duane Schwartz; <br />Camilla Correll with EOR; and several residents of Lake Owasso, including <br />Edward Roberts and Len Ferrington <br />Review and Approve the May 26, 2011 Agenda and Record of Meeting Attendance <br />Chair Pro -tern Eckman noted that <br />Motion SP 11 -05 -01 <br />Member Von De Linde moved, and Member Barrett seconded approval of the May 26, 2011 Special <br />meeting agenda as presented. <br />Ayes:3 Nays:0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Public Comments <br />Chair Eckman requested that more formal public comments be made to the Board in writing, rather than <br />interrupting the Board meeting. <br />Member Von De Linde noted the option of the GLWMO website to communicate with the Board through <br />Mr. Petersen who will then disseminate comments to the Board or through City staff or the member cities <br />as appropriate. <br />
