<br />~ <br /> <br />Ie <br /> <br />GRANT_NTRACT NO. 62-3290-02 <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) <br /> <br />has agreed to provide financial assistance, upon certain terms and <br /> <br />conditions, to the City of Roseville for the purpose of a local <br /> <br />bicycle trail (S.A.P. 160-090-02) and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Laws 1980, ch. 614, 51, requires that certain contract <br /> <br />records of this grant agreement be subject to examination and that <br /> <br />such an audit clause must be included in the contract. <br /> <br />NOW; THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED: <br /> <br />A. That Contract No. 62-3290-02 be amended by adding the <br /> <br />following paragraph: <br /> <br />IX.
