<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-82-22 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 14th day of March, 1983, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-82-22, including all that property abutting Farrington Avenue <br />from County Road C-2 to Iona Lane and all that property abutting <br />Iona Lane from Virginia Avenue to Farrington Avenue, by the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on <br />file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$116,144.37. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Farrington Avenue <br />from County Road C-2 to Iona Lane and all that <br />property abutting Iona Lane from Virginia <br />Avenue to Farrington Avenue. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: January 24, 1983 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
