<br />.-- <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the city hall in said city on Monday, the 14th day of <br />February, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Curley, Franke, Johnson, <br />Kehr, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Council Member Johnson introduced and moved the <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7477 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF <br />N~ENDMENT OF SUBSTATE AGREEMENT TO LAKE <br />McCARRONS PROJECT, FEDERAL GRANT NO. S-005508 <br /> <br />~mEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, to officially extend the deadline for completing the <br />McCarrons Lake Project, Federal Grant No. S-005508, being funded <br />under the State of }linnesota's Pollution Control Agency Clean <br />Lakes Funding Program; and <br />WHEREAS, an amendment to the Substate Agreement has been <br />prepared to accomplish the extension of completion date1 <br /> <br />NO\'J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, officially accepts the amended <br />Substate Agreement for Lake McCarrons Project, Federal Grant <br />No. S- 0 0 5508, <br />
