<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />March 14, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 14, 1983, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Johnson <br /> <br />and Councilmen Franke and Kehr (Mayor Demos arrived at 8:10 <br /> <br />p.m.) i and the following was absent: Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7492 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENTS <br />P-82-21, P-82-22, P-82-32 AND P-83-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that the City has heretofore instituted and <br />ordered the construction of Improvements P-82-21, P-82-22, <br />P-82-32 and P-83-3, pursuant to and in accordance with the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended. <br />The proceedings for each of said improvements, having been <br />effectively instituted at substantially the same dates and <br />the costs thereof having been ascertained, it rs hereby <br />determined that all of said improvements, although separately <br />instituted, can be more economically completed if consoli- <br />dated and joined as one project for the purpose of further <br />proceedings. Pursuant to the authority contained in <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.56, the future proceedings <br />for these separate improvements are hereby consolidated, <br />and henceforth all proceedings shall be conducted in all <br />respects as if the various separate proceedings had origi- <br />nally been instituted as one proceeding. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
