Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota March 14, 1983 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 14, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Johnson and Councilmen Franke and Kehr (Mayor Demos arrived at 8:10 p.m.) i and the following was absent: Councilman Curley. Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7492 RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENTS P-82-21, P-82-22, P-82-32 AND P-83-3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the City has heretofore instituted and ordered the construction of Improvements P-82-21, P-82-22, P-82-32 and P-83-3, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended. The proceedings for each of said improvements, having been effectively instituted at substantially the same dates and the costs thereof having been ascertained, it rs hereby determined that all of said improvements, although separately instituted, can be more economically completed if consoli- dated and joined as one project for the purpose of further proceedings. Pursuant to the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.56, the future proceedings for these separate improvements are hereby consolidated, and henceforth all proceedings shall be conducted in all respects as if the various separate proceedings had origi- nally been instituted as one proceeding. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
