<br />P-82-29 and P-82-30 shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the <br />basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the <br />bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works <br />Director until /~.p,d o'clock tV.m. on May 3, 1983, at which <br />time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the <br />City Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be <br />tabulated, and will subsequently be considered by the <br />Council, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed <br />and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager <br />for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />Presentj and the following voted against the same: Nonej <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed'and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
