<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br /> <br />of March, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Johnson and Kehri and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley and Franke. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7495 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-P-82-28 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on March 14, 1983, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. ST-P-B2-28 and <br /> <br />has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made apart hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement for Improvement No. ST-P-82-28 shall be published as <br />required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call <br />for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall <br />
