<br />the work to be done, shall state that the bids will be received <br />by the City Manager and Public Works Director until /1/I.r <br />o'clock tL-.m. on May 3, 1983, at which time they will be <br />publicly-opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and City <br />Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will sub- <br />sequently be considered by the Council, and that no bids will <br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond <br />payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such <br />bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All Present; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
