<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCI L <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br /> <br />MARCH 28, 1983 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Counci 1 of the City of Rosevi lle, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 28, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />J olms on, Kehr, and Demos <br /> <br />and, the following were absent: Curley and Franke <br /> <br />Member Johns on <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7498 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County Road C-2, from Western Avenue to Ri ce Street, is a <br />Municipal State Aid Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, including <br />the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-four feet wide designs; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibi ted on the <br />north side of County Road C-2 (MSA No. 160-216-07) from Western Avenue to <br />Rice Street, identified as Roseville Project 82-23, be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Pub Ii c Works Di rector is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution <br />to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing was duly seconded by Member <br /> <br />Kehr , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />All present <br />and, the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
