<br />." <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7499 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 7489 <br />ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-83-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7489, adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville on March 14, 1983, the Council <br />ordered the construction of Improvement No. P-83-3 and the <br />preparation of plans and specifications therefor, consisting <br />of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting Galtier Street from County Road C-2 to Iona Lane and <br />on all that property abutting Iona Lane from Galtier Street <br />to Matilda Street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, that after reconsideration the Council <br />hereby rescinds Resolution No. 7489 ordering the construction <br />of Improvement No. P-83-3 and the preparation of plans and <br />specifications therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilman Curley, Kehr and Johnson; and the following voted <br /> <br />against the same: Mayor Demos and Councilman Franke; where- <br /> <br />upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-14 - <br />
