<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minn~sota, was <br />" <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 11, 1983, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7500 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7492 <br />CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENTS <br />P-82-21, P-82-22, P-82-32 AND P-83-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 14, 1983, the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville ordered the construction of Improvements P-82-21, <br />P-82-22, P-82-32 and P-83-3 and the preparation of plans and <br />specifications therefor, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 14, 1983, the City Council also <br />ordered the consolidation of Improvements P-82-2l, P-82-22, <br />P-82-32 and P-83-3 as their construction could be more <br />economically completed if consolidated and joined as one <br />project, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 11, 1983, after reconsideration of <br />Improvement No. P-83-3, the Council rescinded Resolution No. <br />7489 ordering the construction of Improvement No. P-83-3 <br />and the preparation of plans and specifications therefor. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the consolidation of <br />Improvements P-82-21, P-82-22, P-83-32 and P-83-3 be amended <br />by deleting Improvement No. P-83-3 therefrom. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon roll call vote <br />
