<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11th day <br /> <br />of April, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7502 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO RECONSIDER ORDERING <br />THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-83-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 11, 1983, the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville adopted Resolution No. 7501 declaring the <br />adequacy of a petition and ordering the preparation of a <br />feasibility report for Improvement No. P-83-7, consisting of <br />the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances on all that property <br />abutting Matilda Street between County Road C and Iona Lane; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after discussion by the Council, it was deter- <br />mined that further consideration should be given to Improve- <br />ment No. P-83-7 before ordering the preparation of a feasi- <br />bili ty report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that Improvement No. P-83-7 <br />will be reconsidered at the next regular Council meeting on <br />April 25, 1983, at which time the Council will determine <br />whether a feasibility report should be ordered for this <br />improve men t. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being <br />
