<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />May 9, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day of <br /> <br />May, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7504 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-ST-83-4 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br /> <br />owners of the real property located at the southeast corner of <br /> <br />County Road B and Dale Street in the City of Roseville <br /> <br />requesting that the Council reconstruct sanitary sewer, storm <br /> <br />sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances at said location <br /> <br />and requesting that said improvement be constructed pursuant <br /> <br />to an agreement with the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, <br /> <br />and that the improvement be assessed against the property <br /> <br />owners as provided in Minn. Stat. 429.031, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />February 14, 1983, a report has been prepared by the City <br />
