<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of June, 1996, <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall, and the <br />following were absent: Mastel. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9306 <br /> <br />Amendment to Resolution No. 8593 <br />Code of Ethics for Public Officials <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8593, establishing the Code of Ethics for Public Officials in the <br />City of Roseville, was adopted by the City Council in July, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 2, Public Official, Section e, is not clear as to its intent; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 8593 be amended by <br />changing Section 2, Definitions of Terms ( Public Officials), Sections e and f, to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 2 e. The City Attorney and those individual attorneys in the City Attorney's firm <br />who perform work for the City. <br /> <br />Section 2 f. Consultants retained by the City and those individual professionals (such <br />as but not limited to engineers, architects, auditors, and appraisers) in the <br />consultant's firm who perform work for the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Goedeke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
