<br />EXTRACT OF tlINUTES OF ~1EETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MIillJESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: MAY 9, 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7507 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting: <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on the 9th day of Hay, <br />1983, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE <br />OF $5,125,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 11 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that this <br />City should issue $5,125,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, <br />Ser~es 11, to defray tne expense of refunding, in part, the <br />outstanding General Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds of <br />1981 dated October 1, 1981, and of constructing various <br />improvements in the City. <br /> <br />2. This Council shall meet at the time and place <br />specified in the form of notice hereinafter contained for the <br />purpose of opening and considering sealed bids for, and award- <br />ing the sale of $5,125,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, <br />S~ries 11, of said City. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to <br />be published in the official newspaper of the City and in <br />Co~mercial West not less than ten days in advance of date of <br />sale, as provided by law, which notice shall be in <br />substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />
