<br />~.~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS it appears that Forest Lake Contracting of <br /> <br /> <br />Forest Lake, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at <br /> <br /> <br />the tabulated price of $184,933.04. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to enter into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting <br /> <br /> <br />for $184,933.04 in the n~~e of the City of Roseville for the <br /> <br /> <br />above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br /> <br /> <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br /> <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br /> <br /> <br />their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br /> <br /> <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br /> <br /> <br />been signed. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon <br /> <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br /> <br />thereof: All; and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
