City of <br /> RPkSEVILLE <br /> Minnesota,USA <br /> Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Minutes <br /> City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> Monday, July 25, 2011 <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for July: Pust; Willmus; <br /> McGehee; Johnson; and Roe). City Attorney Charlie Bartholdi arrived at the meeting at <br /> approximately 6:50 p.m. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Item 7.h entitled, "Adopt a <br /> Resolution Approving Assisted Living Facility as a Conditional Use at 621-637 Larpen- <br /> teur Avenue. <br /> Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Willmus; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Human Rights Commission Interviews <br /> Interviews of approximate ten minute duration were held with candidates for Human <br /> Rights Commission (HRC) vacancies, with Judi Kaper, Kristen Doneen, Brandy Foun- <br /> tain, and Wayne Groff. All Councilmembers were present, along with HRC Vice Chair <br /> Gary Grefenberg. <br /> Recess <br /> Mayor Roe recessed the interview portion of the meeting at approximately 6:50 p.m. and recon- <br /> vened in regular business session at approximately 6:57 p.m. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> 4. Council Communications,Reports and Announcements <br /> Mayor Roe announced Implementation Meeting #3 in the Parks and Recreation Master <br /> Plan process, scheduled for July 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Skating Center, Rose Room. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that this meeting would provided for a presentation of the proposed <br /> Step 1 in the process, and allow an opportunity for community participation and input on <br /> that proposed step; as well as receiving updates from Implementation Teams involved in <br /> the process. <br />
