<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Forest Lake Contracting of <br />Forest Lake, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the <br />tabulated price of $319,177.76. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting <br />for $319,177.76 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br />above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
