<br />RESOLUTION 7512 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: JUNE 6, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City <br />on the 6th day of June, 1983, at 5:30 P.M. for the purpose of <br />considering bids for. and awarding the sale of $5,125,000 <br />General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 11 of the City. <br /> <br />- - <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson, and Demos <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br /> <br />The Manager presented affidavits showing publication <br />of notice of call for bids on $5,125,000 General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 11 of the City, for which bids were <br />to be received at this meeting, in accordance with the <br />resolution adopted by the City Council on May 9, 1983. The <br />affidavits were examined, found to comply with the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and <br />ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The following bids were received and opened at 3:00 <br />p.m. in the office of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn in <br />the presence of an official of the City: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Interest Rate <br /> <br />Net Interest Cost <br />
