<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Rosevi1le <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day <br /> <br />of June, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Kehr, Johnson and Franke; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7514 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-P-83-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville by the reconstruction of Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />frontage roads near County Road B, and to assess the benefitted <br /> <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> <br />pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. <br /> <br />Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
