<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 25th <br />day of June, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, Wall and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9307 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR DENNIS <br />BATTY/ROSEVILLE COVENANT CHURCH REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY AND <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL, VACATION OF UTILITY AND WALKWAY EASEMENTS, <br />AND A 16-1/2 FOOT HEIGHT VARIANCE FROM THE R-1 ZONING DISTRICT <br />REQUIREMENTS OF 30 FEET FOR A PROPOSED BUILDING AT 2865 HAMLINE <br />AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church has made a request for preliminary <br />and final plat approval, vacation of utility and walkway easements, and a 16-1/2 foot variance from <br />the R -1 zoning district requirements of 30 feet for their proposed building at 2865 Hamline Avenue <br />North; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on these <br />requests on June 12, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council opened the public hearing on these requests on June 25, 1996; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council found the application to be incomplete in order to make a <br />decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have requested that the public hearing be continued until July 8, <br />1996 and have agreed to the agency review time limit extension for 60 days. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />15.99, the time line for agency review ofthe application of Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church <br />request for preliminary and final plat approval, vacation of utility and walkway easements, and a 16- <br />Y2 foot height variance from the R-l zoning district requirements of 30 feet for their proposed <br />
