<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day <br /> <br />of June, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />'Councilmen Kehr, Johnson and Franke; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7516 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-83-l4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement <br /> <br />in the City of Roseville, on County Road C, near St. Anthony <br /> <br />(identified as the Mar-Len Addition), by the installation of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, bituminous paving, <br /> <br />-concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council <br />
