<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br /> <br />Drive, in said City, on Monday, the 27th day of June, 1983, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7520 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />IMPROVEMENT P-81-23 AND P-81-24 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Consolidated <br />Improvement P-8l-23 and P-81-24 of the City of Roseville on <br />all that property abutting Patton Road from Stanbridge Avenue <br />northerly to Brenner Avenue and on all that property abutting <br />Brenner Avenue from Patton Road to Highcrest Road by the <br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating the~eto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $85.739.11 and the other expen- <br />ses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improve- <br />ment amount to $24,476.67 so that the total cost of the <br />improvement will be $110,215.78 , and of this cost the City <br />will pay $ 82.658.93 as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $27,556.85 <br />
