Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on Monday, the 27th day of June, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7521 RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-8l-25 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. UL-81-25 of the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Avon Street between County Road D and Brenner Avenue, by the installation of an ornamental street light, and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $1,358.20 and the other expen- ses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improve- ment amount to $ 190.14 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 1,548.34 , and, of this...- cost the. Ci ty will pay $ 0 as its share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 1,548.34 2. The City Manager, together with the assistance of the City Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against
