<br />" <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD JUNE 27, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on the 27th day of June, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. <br /> <br />And, the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7527 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION <br />OF THE GRANT APPLICATION AND EXECUTION OF THE GRANT AGREErmNT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville act as sponsoring unit of government <br />and grantee for the project titled, "Community Partnerships: A Response to <br />Delinquency and Chemical Abuse" to be conducted by Roseville Area Schools during <br />the period from November 1, 1983 through September 30, 1984. The City Manager <br />is hereby authorized to apply to the Department of Energy, Planning, and Development <br />for funding of the project, and execute such agreements as are necessary to <br />implement the project on behalf of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for <br />member Franke, <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />All present. <br /> <br />and, the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was duly declared passed and adopted. <br />
