<br />Resolution No. 7529 <br />-2- <br /> <br />That the City Attorney be and hereby is instructed to commence the <br />necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the <br />name and in behalf of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property <br />set forth above under the Statutes of the State of Minnesota, and that said <br />attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be <br />necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Johnson , and upon a vote being taken the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SSe <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the 11th day of <br />July , 1983, with the original on file in my office, and the same is a full, <br />true, and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to certain <br />condemnation proceedings. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Manager and the corporate seal of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, the 12 thday of July 1983. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />-2- <br />
