<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Rosevil1e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 11, 1983 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 11, <br /> <br />1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />1983 assessment roll for Improvement No. W-P-80-31, prepared <br />by him with the assistance of the City Public Works Director <br />as directed by the Council on June 27, 1983, and reported that <br /> <br />the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to <br /> <br />public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7531 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi11e <br />that the proposed 1983 assessment roll for Improvement No. <br />W-P-80-31 now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the City Manager is approved, and the Manager is <br />directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet <br />to consider the proposed assessment on August 8, 1983, at the <br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Rosevi11e, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time <br />and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improve- <br />ment, the area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the <br />improvement, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with <br />the Manager, and that written or oral objections thereto by <br />any property owner will be considered.
